Domain mapping and canceling

    Hi. I need some help with unmapping of my domain: inkarnasjonsanalyse.no

    I was told to contact support here to do this due to name servers at Loopia (where i bought the domain). I am forwarding it to this page: https://www.fladbycrafting.no/page/inkarnasjons_analyse_hjem

    I have allready canceled my subscriptions to wordpress and thought the mapping would be gone as well, but it appears to not be so. Can you please help me out with this issue? The unmapping, forwarding and account canceling?

    It looks like you’ve got this sorted. The mapping on inkarnasjonsanalyse.no is indeed cancelled and the domain no longer points to WordPress.com. Write back if you need anything else.

    Hi. It seems as though the domain is stuck on wordpress. When i go to inkarnasjonsanalyse.no on mobile device nothing happens and when i go to the domain on laptop it still goes to the blog it was accosiated with before. Any insight on this issue? Could you help me out please?

    Well, the domain is pointing to a self-hosted site not hosted with us – even though it was mapped with us, it looks like the nameservers are pointed elsewhere. You’ll need to contact the domain host to point the domain to the site of your preference.
