When I delete this post it still appears in the Reader Section , it is deleted in the Blog section. But I want it to totally disappear from the Reader section also.

I used the other option of posting which is through the New Post option which is were the window at the top of the screen comes down. I tried the same and deleted the post, and the post was deleted both in the Reader and the blog sections.

Help me get the deleted post of the Reader screen please
