You can't use plugins at WordPress.com.

I am trying to figure it out, since there are not any plug-ins listed under my Dashboard. I think that you may have to have wordpress.org, not this one (wordpress.com). However, I am not sure of the difference in the two??

I want my articles to link to my ezine account. What I want is for my articles to automatically publish at ezine as well when I hit submit on publishing my new posts. Is that even possible as I have the wordpress.com and not the .org.

Please give me some advice on work arounds on this as well if I cant get the ezine plug-in.
