I have a feed at: http://www.emcreg.org/rss/feed.xml

I cant figure out why, at least on my system, this feed shows up WITHOUT the customary generic Yellow box up top that says "You are viewing a feed that contains frequently updated content" and the "Subscribe to this Feed" option in it.

Its also not triggering my IE7 toolbar Feed Icon.

Thoughts? Insights? Condolances?
