That custom domain is already registered; no two people can register the same domain anywhere on the web. It appears that the registration will expire in 2015, if you'd like to try registering it again then.

If that is too long of a wait, you can always register a similar domain or use a different extension (.org, .me., .net, for example).

As a blogger and Online Marketing Officer of Clipping Design I have to know why the Best Free Blog site WordPress.Com has block clippingdesign.com and how can we remove Clippingdesign.com from the blacklist of WordPress.com . Please help me by giving the exact info about how can I resolve the problem. When WordPress automatic system permit Clippingdesign.Com and what should we do for it.
