After a tinker with the Custom Menu I've come up with a compromise and put both Categories and Pages together, it seems to be the only way to do it.

Thanks timethief for directing me to the solution. I'm about to figure out if I can do the same with Categories widget.

How do you move the navigation bar to the be above the header? Like in the Forever demo?
