If blogs attacking people are banned - please take a look at the content they are posting - BOTH under false personas.....which is ironic as they attack people for doing the exact same thing. The blog is a mirror of a blog that I OWN that we took down on blog.com for attacking people.

I have copies of the blog.com that I OWNED and all topher mackenzie has done was copy everything after blog.com deemed it highly inappropriate and mirrored it on wordpress. Who by the way have already issued DMCA's on it due to the many complaints. They were the sole reason a woman was attacked yesterday because of false stories they write attacking her and now the police are involved.

Our blog is not dedicated to abusing specific people, let alone Kim. It is dedicated to *defending* specific people, **including Kim**, from threats and abuse, or at least exposing the threats to the public, and holding everyone (and their enablers) accountable for their actions. Unlike Kim, Wray and I have never, and will never, threaten anyone, including Jeromie Williams. Kim's suggestion otherwise is deeply offensive.

The posts that Kim wrote were not copied from blog.com. This dispute started when, for reasons I still do not fully understand, she used her Editor's privileges to delete posts that she did not write, despite her promise to us not to do so. A DMCA demand on any of our posts would be perjury, and punishable as such.

And this is why it is so difficult for us to understand why you are now sending *us* threats. Wray and I have helped you on so many issues over the last year, and you repay him by threatening to send info on *his kids* and their schools to Jeromie Williams? Someone suggested your accounts were hacked, and now I think they might as well have been.

You recently bought the url http://www.jeromiewilliamsisafraud.com, but you do not own http://jeromiewilliamsisafraud.WORDPRESS.com. Nothing *we* have written is defamatory, or infringes copyright, in any way whatsoever. I did *not* copy your posts from blog.com to WordPress, I only copied my own, as I am perfectly entitled to do, as you know full well.

On the WordPress.com site, you did not create it and are not and never have been an administrator, is that correct?

If you have the original documents and proof you're the author, you can just issue a DMCA notice to have those taken down.

If the statements are threatening, you can involve law enforcement, who can then provide you with documents you can forward to WordPress to have the site taken down. Blogs dedicated to abusing specific people are banned here under the terms of service.

The only “hacked” sites I have seen here have been people getting the password somehow to a site so you do want to be careful how you log in and use a tough password.

You should also check to make sure that someone has not added a new user to your site. Problems have also happened when there was more than one Admin. and an Admin left on less than graceful terms.

Dashboard >> Users

Many times a users email is hacked or the password guessed and the email account is used to get access by requesting a password reset – you need to change your email password and make sure they nobody has been added to your email account.

You should also run a virus check on you PC to make sure your PC does not have a security issue that has compromised your email or WordPress.COM log-in information (also your bank etc. if you do online banking or retirement accounts)

There have also been a few Posts on “hacked” sites and it was because someone got the Post by Email address and using the Post by Email to send in new Posts, if you have Post by email disable the Post by Email and regenerate the address. Spammers have scripts the generate email addresses and they sometimes can get a valid address for a Post by Email address.
