Do not ever use microsoft anything to open an XML file. You do not need to open it. You store it on your computer, without opening it at all. If and only if you need to import it into your blog which is highly unlikely then you still don't open it, you just import it. In the blog, go to Tools → Import → WordPress, and upload the file.

Do not open it unless it's in a plain text editor or you will corrupt it.

This is ok and I see on the top "upgrade active".

But when I click the upgrade, I simply enter in the store at "My upgrades" page, and I don't find anything to active.

If I enter in the "Appearance" option from the Dashboard and then click "custom design" I return in (https://miceeurekablog.wordpress.com/wp-admin/themes.php?page=custom-design), the same page with on the top says "upgrade active", and nothing happened. What should I do?Cheeres!

(When it's not active, the area that says "upgrade active" says "purchase upgrade")

Also note that their are spammer who post lies about your RSS feed not working to get you to approve their comments.
