There is no wordpress import/export script at the moment. You can export wordpress.com posts as RSS and use the RSS importer to get them onto your own blog, but you will lose any comments. To combine two blogs you would do the same thing -- pull in the posts with the RSS importer.

If keeping the comments is important to you, you might want to wait for a better export feature, but be aware that it could take months.
