I just bought the business package for $99 yesterday because I *thought* my IT guy wanted me to. Then, as soon as I did it... he told me that we don't need this. Ugghh!

I'd like a refund since I just bought it yesterday.
Apparently this is refundable, because it says so, but I have no idea how to get ahold of anybody at WordPress. It looks like this is going to post to a public forum, but I'd rather just deal with someone directly.

Thanks!
- Rich
