On a free hosted WordPress.com blog we are not allowed to have blogger initiated advertising or sponsored or paid content like you have on that site. You will have to remove the advertising and the spam prior to creating your export file and importing it into your free hosted WordPress.com blog. This is what gets a blog suspended at WordPress.com:
