Could you send me a list of email addresses that hit my blog between 4:30pm and 5:50pm on 5/11/2013?

That's not possible without court order.

NOTE: you posted an email address on your blog that spam bots and trolls can use. Rather than doing that you can post a secure contact form. http://en.support.wordpress.com/contact-form/

No one can locate you or even know who you are unless you provide the information to do so online and you did that on your blogspot blog. You even provided images of places on the same street you live on.

We cannot block or delete subscribers from public blogs. Everyone on the internet can view and follow any public blog. That is in fact what the public designation means.

Note that you have complete control over everything that's posted to your blog.

Hi there, I'm a mom of three little kids. A few weeks ago I started getting harassing phone calls. 60 in one weekend, believe it or not. But he continues to call me frequently. Mostly hang-ups when I'm not home, but when I answer he calls me, "honey," tells me he wants to see me, asks me for kisses and is generally creepy. This guy has been calling me for several weeks now and I've noticed that his calls spike when I post a blog. I already have a detective at my local police department working on digging up this guy's number (which is blocked), but I'm wondering if you can do anything to help me point this man out. He called this morning to wish me a happy mother's day (ew). But he started dialing last night at 5:48pm, 5/11/2013. I posted my mother's day blog around 4:45pm (or so). Could you send me a list of email addresses that hit my blog between 4:30pm and 5:50pm on 5/11/2013? That'd be incredibly helpful. I'll pass it along to the detective handling my case here in Winchester, Mass. Thank you so much. Peace!

The blog [UPDATE: link removed by staff] is exposing very sensitive private information such as my full name, telephone numbers and bank account number.

I have reported this blog three times already in the past month and WordPress ignores completely my reports.

Is there anything I can do? Doesn't this apply as ABUSE??

Yes and that clearly means that the blog is not hosted here so WordPress.com has not role in the situation. You are on your own when it comes to determining which blog host is hosting the blog and can contact your local authorities to take any required action.

I could not report this on the form for abuse because the abuser has managed to deactivate any link to his name. However, I receive all my comments in my gmail so I have his (or her) email address and IP address and also whois (whatever that is). I haven't approved the comment, it is still in my inbox so it doesn't show on my blog. What do you advise?

"The hoax at the bottom of Autism and Alzheimer's." This post is extremely offensive to people who have either Autism or Alzhiemer's. The indevidual who posted this message is not a professional. With people with either disorder living with the extermely damaging, hurtful, and even risky stygma that surrounds these to labels everyday wich the writer of the article has not done,, we don't need to encounter it on wordpress. I request that this post be removed and an apology be issued by the blog owner. I found the blog entry on the reader.

We are just individual bloggers, staff will be able to clarify the situation. The only advice that I can give you is that WordPress will act on anything that is clearly abusive and certainly they are obliged to act on anything that is illegal in the USA.

I hope you don't have to wait very long, but they are the only people who can clarify the situation for you.

I've reported it already. No word on whether or not WordPress has removed it. I click the link and it is still live. I'm hoping WordPress will handle this, before I have to take legal action against the blogger.

This is raising questions I do not want to be asked. She's slandering me in several posts, including her latest of doing the same to my husband. In one of her posts, she claims I was kidnapped by the government 18 years ago.

I'd be much obliged on advice how to handle this.

Hello guys,

I have a question. My personal information (identity of my husband, and private details about my life) are being discussed on a blog that I gave no permission to do so. She refuses to stop posting my personal information (..everything from details about my adoption, to everything I do..).

I'd like to know who I talk to to get this removed. This isn't something I'd like on the internet, especially owning a business built off of WordPress.

Well, what was the nature of the complaint? It clearly says that if it's a claim of defamation, for example, they require court documents.

I lodged a complaint with wordpress.com about an abusive wordpress.com site.

According to the support page the process is as follows:

Our Response to Complaints

We review and investigate all complaints that we receive. If we determine that reported content violates our terms of service, our general practice is to suspend the site. We also may contact the site owner to inform them of the complaint.

If we receive a complaint and are not in a position to make a determination (for example whether something is defamatory or not), we defer to the judgment of a court. Please forward any legal process relating to a site hosted on WordPress.com to [email redacted].

The message I received, through an immediate autoresponder, says:
