I also had a period that this code apeard under my posts. In short the Germans say disable your current theme and reactivate it. Should fix the problem. I have done it and it seems ok now. But i still find posts with the piece of code. It is also visible in the theme, it generates an extra line. No text, just more spacing between post and comments.
