Several users have reported similar issues. We volunteers can't help with this: WP has messed something up, so you'll probably have to wait till they fix it.

thank you for answering. I gave up with adventure journal and switched to twenty eleven. Koi is for one of my other blogs on wordpress. the blog in question is finishlinewriters.com. although i switched to twenty eleven, i am still having a problem with my pages disappearing

The "blog you need help with" is using Twenty Eleven, and the blog linked to your username is using Koi. Link to the blog in question please.

Hello, I am setting up the theme called Adventure Journal. At the top right is the space for pages and it starts with "About". My menu pages are supposed to be "About" "Contact" "Members Only" & "News" BUT sometimes all you can see is the "About" and other times all four pop up. what is causing this inconsistency? is it a flaw in the design of the theme? or what am I doing wrong?

Troubleshooting – My Pages aren’t appearing
They must be public pages – not private.
Public – The page will be visible to everyone.
Protected – The page is protected with a password you set. Only people who have the password can view a protected page.
Private – Pages are only visible to blog Editors and Administrators. Private pages are not visible in Reader, feeds, or in any search. A page can be private without being password protected.

You cannot post to pages. Unlike Posts, Pages are static and sit outside the blog structure. http://en.support.wordpress.com/post-vs-page/ There is only one page for Posts in any blog.

With WordPress, you use categories to organize posts into subjects and then you can add those dynamic Categories pages which update whenever you publish a post to your navigation using a custom menu.

I cannot get my pages to nest. I have a parent listed, but it keeps showing up on the main menu anyway

was especially helpful as it never entered my head to indent the sub-menu items by hand...all is well.

I am working on a photography website and am using the Adventure Journal theme. I want to get a "Gallery" right by the "About." I can't find out how to do that. Does anyone know?
