Having only one Admin is a standard security recommendation since we have a steady stream of people that had the second Admin trash the blog

If you need people added as users - you will need to send their info to the admin to invite them in

Note that in the instructions for adding contributors, step #1 says to go to Users. There is no "Users" on the sidebar options on my dashboard. I see "Tools" and "Settings" but not "Users." It simply isn't there. So the instructions are useless to me.

the only place I see a lot of comments are on help forums - "I have a hole in my boat how do I fix it?" - then there will be some people that help the person - but when you look at the Posters that help it is a small number of core people - just like the help forum here -

I have a 5 year old blog with subscribers and traffic. I'm lucky if I get 1 comment for every 700 - 800 views. Even A List bloggers have a hard time securing meaningful comments. Since like buttons were introduced the comment count has descended.
