I am trying to show my Author Profile Picture Next To Google Search Results of my travel blog, theeagertraveller.com

One of the steps mentioned is that the author byline needs to be present in all of the blog posts.

I am currently on Further theme and I noticed that my display name "Jean Alaba" is showing but there is no "by" in front of the name. Would appreciate if you can clarify if this is going to be sufficient since I am having a bit of trouble linking my blog with google profile when I checked in Google's Structured Data Testing Tool. Otherwise, will you be able to advise if there is an alternative for the expected author byline (ie "by Jean Alaba"), since I've read that it's theme specific.

Important note: CSS editing is theme dependent. In some themes meta items such as author, date, tags, categories and perhaps even the “leave a comment” link cannot be hidden independently, as they are in the same selector as the other meta data elements, which means if you hide one, then you hide them all.
