If ever you learn my real name, and I see you posting it on a public forum, when I don't personally do it myself, I will release a verbal onslaught on you like you have never experienced before.
It's a little off the cuff, privacy is what monikers and usernames are for in the first place. If I wanted everyone to know my name, I would have registered as such.
But, maybe that's just me. Others might not care so much.
Just saying. Carry on my friend, your latest post on weird eating hit close to home, I might just leave you a comment...then you won't think yourself so insane! I have so many habits, it's a wonder I haven't starved to death yet.

I have also recently taken a liking to add photo captions to the pictures (you can imagine just how involved all this can add up to for just one post). Because I love WP blogs so much I put up with the inconveniences for a couple of years and hope that someday the team will give up something better.

I think that time has come and I recently came across some forum discussion threads that could work in tandem to make upload a lot painless.

I was exploring the use of the Posting by Email feature but it was limited to just one photo per email. Now, they have implemented the [nogallery] shortcode which I think should work very well. I say should because I have not tried it out and don't plan to send test images to confirm it. I'll wait till my next big post to do so.

While the formal intent of the photo batches on Facebook (as albums) is different than a blog post, the result (the ability to communicate many photos in a cohesive manner, with metadata) to a recipient is much the same - at least as far as my wife is concerned with respect to our family blog.
