They're in this discussion stream above. However, it doesn't matter now because last night, I restored my PC to a date farther back and it fixed the problem. Still don't know what caused everything to become corrupted but I fixed it with the restore.

Just did a restore and it didn't fix anything.

Also on the IE problem with the other blog, it gives a pop-up window that says "a problem displaying wordpress.com caused IE to refresh the webpage using Compatibility View"

I've changed the view settings but that hasn't corrected the problem.

So here it is again.

When I use Safari to log into my WordPress blog, in the password box, it doesn't even show that I am typing anything. No ***** or black dots in place of the hidden password that I'm typing. However, if I log in with IE, it has the black dots as I'm typing the password. That problem also started yesterday with these other ones.

Do you see any connection?

It's fine in Safari and my blog is fine in IE9.

I'm going to find another WordPress blog and see if when I get their email post if it still comes out blank. Course, if I can find one that posts frequently will depend on how long it takes to get the first email from it.

As I said earlier, I haven't changed anything or added anything to my PC so it doesn't make sense that as of yesterday, this would have started happening.

Since I don't use webmail normally, I don't know if images ever show up there. All my email comes to my desktop using Windows Live Mail.

If it's something with that program, I haven't changed anything. The computer is only 3 weeks old so it would be odd that it's something in Windows Mail causing this because the other issue is this:

When I would go directly to my blog or my sister's blog (cndesigns.wordpress.com), both would have text overlapping or some lines would show only half words. That was using Safari. Now I just went to hers again using IE and it's completely blank except for her name at the top. Using Safari, it's fine.

I uploaded a screenshot of that also just now so you can look at it.

I'm thinking that something happened with my video driver. Any ideas if that could cause all of these issues?

Can you please check in webmail (if you have access), or a different email client, like Thunderbird?

One if from another blog I'm subscribed to and the other is from my own blog.

They're uploaded to my Media Library on my OneDotAdvice blog. As you can see, both of the emails are blank. No text, no graphics, no nothing.

Clearly there is an issue and when I Googled this problem, it's not the first time this has happened to people. I found the same problem last Sept. 2011 and then again on this board with Spottylover's post from March 18, 2012.

There is an issue somewhere. Hope someone can look into this and offer a solution.

The problem is that when I receive an email from ANY WordPress blog including my own, the emails all come in blank to ME.

Is there a way to attach a screen shot? I'll be glad to do that so someone can see the problem.

Here it is again: It's not when someone comments. It's when I log into my own WordPress account and get the basic login window with the username and password. Before yesterday, when I would type in my username and password, I would see the black dots or *** in the password box. Now I don't see anything as I type in the password box. HOWEVER, I just tried logging in on IE instead of Safari and now I do see the black dots as I type in my password so I'll see what happened with Safari. This issue had NOTHING to do with other people seeing my details as you suggested. That's just silly.

Maybe the other issues are also related to Safari however, I have not changed anything in that browser at all so whatever happened was caused by something other than user input. But I will go through the motions and your suggestions and see if I can solve this issue myself.
