CSS is theme specific, so you have to delete all the CSS you had put in for the other theme. You can save it to a plain text file for reuse later if you wish.

Blaskan supports the flexible header feature here. Upload any size header image you wish, and then when getting ready to insert it, select the "use as is" button and it will be inserted at the size you uploaded.

Unfortunately I'm still unable to reproduce this in IE 9/Windows 7 with Blaskan active on my test site.

In doing some research, it seems this is a hard-to-pin-down bug with WordPress/IE9 (not specific to the theme) that comes and goes (which might explain why you and @timethief can reproduce it, but I can't). The best advice I have is to:

1) Clear your browser's cache and cookies
2) Disable any add-ons
3) Ensure Compatibility Mode is Off
4) Restart your browser and/or computer

That seems to help some folks with this bug, at least temporarily. If all else fails, switch to Chrome or another browser to edit menus.

I cleared all browsing history and that did not correct the problem.
However, I logged in using Chrome instead of IE and the problem does not exist when using Chrome.

Last week I was able to create menu items and also sub menu items with no problems.
Now I create a menu item by dragging it to the right so it appears indented and becomes a submenu item. Shows as indented, however, once I click the save menu button, the submenu reverts back to the left margin and is no longer indented on the display and as a result it now appears as its own menu instead of as a sub menu item.

Go to appearance > custom design > CSS tab in your dashboard, clear out all the informational text in the editor window and then paste in the code I gave above. Edit the width as you desire. I would suggest not going much wider than 650 or 700px since longer lines are harder for people to read.

After setting your width, in the "publish" module, click on "content width" and add the same amount to that number as the increase in the overall width. That way when you insert "full-sized" images, they will insert at the maximum width possible for your new setting.

It cannot be used to add or change functionality.

For excerpts, you will have to try what is outlined in this post by Panos, and in the excerpt support document. I don't know if the excerpt function works in the theme you are using or not.
