You can Paste from MS Word if you paste using the Paste from Word option box - it is the funny looking box with the "W" in it on the second line of your editor functions just above the text box - that should strip out the bad stuff - I have only used it a couple of times and can't remember how much of the formatting it keeps

First, understand the difference between using word processors and formatting documents for the web.

MS Word adds highly excessive code for some reason. I believe it has a Web Publishing option, but I stopped using Word so long ago I forgot how to trigger it.

Try using something like Windows Live Writer or any number of other products for web creation.

Also, based on the tags you've added to this thread, you might want to read up on tag spamming.

I've recently been introduced to WordPress and I found out that the description and text boxes are identically the same as Facebook's, where you can't properly format it with tabs or proper spacing. I know there are a series of inputs to properly format the text, but is there a way to do this much more easily? For instance: I take a document from Microsoft Word that I have already typed and I want to copy it into the WordPress text box and have it displayed exactly how it is in Microsoft Word, with all the tabs and single spaces. It doesn't do that unfortunately, so can someone offer me some advice? Please and thank you.

does any one know how to separate in blocks the options showed at the end of a post? At this time, "categories", "tags" and "Comments" are showed in the same box, which is not what I want and makes it difficult for people to find the "comment" button.

How can I split this box into three diferent boxes, with more space between them? Dos anyone know?

I would suggest against having multiple scroll bars on a page. That confuses and irritates web users because they can get mixed up on the scoll bars and if you are using a scroll wheel and scrolling down a page and come upon a nested area with a scroll bar, then that area begins to scroll.

Before you can work with the code above, you need to clean that stuff out of the pages. Then you can, by trial and error work with the following to get the minimum height to correspond with the bottom of the sidebar stuff. The pages that are longer, just let them run longer. This code targets pages only. Put it at the bottom of any CSS you already have in the CSS edit window.

.page .entry-content {
min-height: 200px;
}

Yes that was my make-shift solution before coming for help. Because what my goal is is to have every Pages-box flush with the bottom photo of the three photos on the right. Does that make sense? Sorry if I'm explaining it poorly.

So I run into trouble with:
A) Using paragraph spaces and sticking that gaudy footer logo at the bottom of the short posts is obviously inefficient, and the don't match up perfectly

B) the "Our Team" page is actually too long (only one like that) and I wanted to make the content have a scroll bar rather than this awkwardly long box of content hanging down.
