There are no additonal upgrades that allow uploading of any other files aside from these > http://en.support.wordpress.com/accepted-filetypes/

I read that this formats aren't allowed on the basic version of WordPress. However, the list you just gave me says : "no upgrade required". Does that mean that upgrading my account allows me to upload other files types than the ones listed?
