i tried to recover the password but appears a message that the email doesn't exist. tried with the username, but the same white page appears. tried to recover the account but the same thing happens, saying that this site is not an wordpress site. i dont understand because i`ve been using the account for the last 5 years and its the first time that happens. i had to create a new login to open the topic...

I've researched and tried various things (clearing cache, cookies, old browsing history, etc.) and nothing is working. I even tried logging in to my Admin site and it would not take my password. Really worried now. I was careful not to do anything weird to my site and it was beautiful. Now it's gone. I had looked at it before and it loaded fine. Have not worked on it after that either.

Any help is greatly appreciated.
