Hi, airodyssey

Yes, my blog is hosted in wp.com and I got the domain upgrade. My blog is http://chrisfaw.com (also in chrisfaw.wordpress.com) and I only submitted to iTunes the feed for my podcast, which is a category feed (http://chrisfaw.com/category/podcast/feed/). The problem is that on iTunes the title/name of my podcast appears as "[myblogname] >> [category]" (so it looks like this: "el Blog de @ChrisFaw >> Podcast") and I'd like it to be "Tecnología con Chris Fawcett" instead, as the first one isn't really search-friendly.

I've been reading and I get the Idea that it is not possible (although I hope I'm wrong!). Is there any upgrade that i can buy (like the "Pro" one they're announcing on the top bar lately) that would enable me to do this?

Thanks!

Is your blog indeed hosted by WordPress.com? We would appreciate having the exact address of your blog next time.

You can't, and it's precisely because at WP.com, there is no way for you to edit the PHP code.

You can modify the name of the blog and the name of the category, but you cannot hide them.

Hi guys!

I make a daily audio podcast in spanish which I publish on my wp.com blog and I submitted it to iTunes via a Category Feed (as in yourblog.com/category/<category_name/feed/ ) and it all works like a charm EXCEPT for one thing: The Title of the feed appears as "[NameOfTheBlog] >> [NameOfTheCategory]" and that's obviously hard for people to find on iTunes.

¿Is there a way I can change the name/Title of that feed to "CustomNameSuchAndSuch"? Keep in mind it is a wp.COM blog so I can't edit php's or add widgets.

Thanks in advance for your help!

Yes, we have category feeds. By assigning the Category "Asides" to post there will be a feed created that others can subscribe to.

This is the format for a category feed on WordPress.com blogs:

http://NAME_OF_BLOG.wordpress.com/category/categoryname/feed/

The RSS Widget displays posts from any RSS feed.

I've just thought about something : I can create a category with all the "normal" posts and use the RSS feed of this category in my right column. If that can help somebody else with the same problem...

Hello,

I'm using the theme "The Morning After" for my blog and there's a possibility to use aside posts with this theme.

I use these aside posts to report news. These aside posts are in the bottom of the main column. In my right column, I want to add a widget with a feed that only contains my "normal" posts, not the aside posts. Is that possible ? Does a theme without aside posts exist ?

Thank you.
