After submitting my latest post, the custom colour scheme I selected when I set the blog up has reverted back to its original, without me having changed any of it. The font itself looks 'grainy' and as though it's not loading properly, the lines under the 'rate this' feature have reduced by more than half, the footer colour is an insipid pink rather than the strong red I had; it's driving me mad! Obviously I went into the customize colour section but all the settings are as I'd left them; what is displayed in my customize section is absolutely not what is being displayed on the screen to the public. I don't see how to change it as I don't know what I 'changed' in the first instance! Could anyone help please? Many thanks in advance!

To apply that example to http://lornastasiw.com/portfolio-4/ or any place in the Mixfolio theme where the images are contained in an element with class="grid", add this to your Appearance → Themes → Customize → CSS panel:

The filter property is fairly new in CSS and doesn't have support in all browser versions. See this page for a break down:

The example page I linked earlier also has a CSS example for removing the grayscale effect on hover and you could apply it the same way I've done with the first example above, but since the Mixfolio theme has some other effects that happen on hover, you may wan to try removing those first.

The blockquote color is an image ( Blockquote Image ). To edit the blockquote color, a new blockquote image will need to be created. Then you can use CSS to specify the URL of the new image.

Below is the CSS that will allow you to specify the background image for the blockquotes.

.post-content blockquote {
     background: url(" NEW IMAGE URL ") no-repeat scroll left top transparent;
}

Please replace NEW IMAGE URL in the code above, with the URL location of your new image.

I'd like to make my images appear black and white, but to show full colour on image rollover and once you click into the blog.

So, for example: here on the parent and child pages would show black and white images (except on image rollover, when it's colour), and then here on the post would be full colour.

Is this even possible?
