It took me a while, but the problem is solved since I found where you can change the link of your username to another blog: It's under Personal Settings.

If you link your username to the other blog http://vvezalmhaven1.wordpress.com it will change to the correct URL.

If you have Custom CSS, you can customize the look of the form. http://en.support.wordpress.com/contact-form/

If you have CSS editing experience, you can get the paid custom CSS upgrade and renew it annually. It will allow you to stylize the appearance of themes you find here > Appearance > Themes, but it does not allow you to change the functionality, by editing the underlying template. Also note that CSS is theme specific, so you cannot use the CSS stylesheets from other themes with the themes here at wordpress.COM.

Since there is no official Staff support for the CSS upgrade, and precious little Volunteer support, I recommend that you don’t buy the upgrade unless you have at least moderate understanding of HTML and CSS because you must be prepared to do the work on your own.

If you are considering purchasing the upgrade, you can go to Appearance > Edit CSS. There wordpress has provided a preview function where you can try before you buy.

Also, upgrade to 3.0.4 as soon as possible. You are on an unsecure version of wordpress and risk getting your blog hacked.

For the contact form, you need to search over at http://wordpress.or/extend/plugin/ and search for "grunion contact form" and you should fine the plugin that is just like the contact form used here.

Everything should normally left-align when published.

You said you put it in a post? Most times it is best to put contact forms in pages since if they are in posts, as you make new posts, it get pushed further and further away.
