I never said I wanted to take legal action. Too much work. However, what I do want is for them to make things CLEAR as to who's work that is. I have had sites use my posts however they are liked directly to me with VERY clear credit given. They dont even put up a tutorial, they do a "Check out this page" kind of a post.... Those type of posts I appreciate due to generating more traffic. This type, though making the process of the project seem simple, are leaving out vital information that could cause made projects to not turn out as well as a person following it might like. Possibly making that project not as usable as intended.

Maybe you're referring to theft of your image or a copyright violation.

If you're in the U.S. or many other countries, the Berne Convention means that your images do have copyright protection. But your local police can't help with enforcement.

You can't stop people from accessing your images, because the web browsers need to access the images. Some people might take your images even if it is illegal.

If you want to add a "Use with permission" (or some other message which is less vague, as that phrase can be read as meaning that you are giving permission for use) message on your images, the term for that is "watermarking". Do a search for WordPress plugins watermark image. You might want to watermark with jillofmosttrades.wordpress.com
