The theme is displaying exactly the way it is designed and coded to display. If it does not suit you please change themes to one that you prefer.

If it matters, I'm using the twenty ten theme. I know of other wordpress sites using that theme which function as I want mine to - for example, wattsupwiththat.com

2.Can I make it show in my language (Arabic)?

3. And also, can I choose the place exactly where this link should show (i.e., after the 7th line of the post, or after the 4th line in an other post)?
