The Links widget is not working for me - it doesn't pick up any blogroll links or links in other categories.

In the Appearances window, when I drag and drop it to the sidebar, a message states 'there are no options for this widget'.
My theme is ChaoticSoul.

Please let me know if you have any insight into how to get the widget to work -or- if there is a workaround.

Enter your anchor text you want to link to first.
Then use your mouse to highlight that anchor text.
Next click the chain icon in the editor and proceed to create the link.
