@asqewcreativ, you are currently using the Twenty Eleven theme at http://asqew-creative.com/ and you can use the following CSS example to replace the site title in the Twenty Eleven them with a logo:

Note that CSS can be added to the Appearance → Custom Design → CSS page in WordPress.com blogs.

Anyway, this should get you what you need:
#title-logo {text-align:center;}

There, that should do it.

#header {0px 30px;}

One thing to note is that since your image itself includes a large white background which surrounds the actual logo, doing this won't result in a drastic change. You might actually need to edit the image itself, by cropping off some of the top and bottom in order to have a shorter header to your site.

If you are referring to a Custom Header, many themes support using one. http://theme.wordpress.com/themes/features/custom-header/

But i did put the logo on my media library and I have the URL of that image, but why do I have to post it here in this thread??? Oh boy this seems so complicate :S

Follow-up to you not seeing the "add new" button. This is available only to the user who purchased the premium theme. Since you didn't purchase the theme on your account, you can't see the button. But the user who did purchase it would be able to see the button.

I was able to upload this for you.

Here are the steps I followed:

I first found the file in the media gallery so I'd know it's name :)

*Went to Appearance > Theme Options > Custom Logo Image
*Clicked "Upload Logo"
*Selected "Media Library" from the top tabs
*Clicked to the correct page
*Selected the logo by clicking on "show"
*Selected the correct size (300px wide)
*Clicked "Save" at the bottom
*Clicked "Save Changes" at the bottom of the Custom Logo window as well
*Checked the logo.

All set!
