If you are not successful when searching there is a link for the specific Premium Theme support forum for your theme under Appearance -> Themes in your blog’s Dashboard, but do note that the premium theme must be active and you must be signed in as the user who purchased it in order to see it and post to it.

In the live preview changes to the background color/image were reflected quickly. Once purchased, I made the same changes to my background (completely white) and saved it but the website still reflects the original setup. On the background editing page, it shows the settings I selected. It just doesn't reflect them on the actual page.

How can I fix this?

I purchased an upgrade (Custom Design) one week ago and I love it!

Everything looks great. HOWEVER, I noticed that the access/navigation bar to my weblog STILL appears as a black "background-color" via my smart/cellphone.

I disabled the "Mobile Theme" and front page excerpts via Appearance > Mobile of my WordPress.com Dashboard, thinking that I'd see the access/navigation bar change to my customized color.
