My only critique of WordPress.com is the lack of functionality to create tables within the visual post tab. I know that it is possible to create tables by coding in HTML - but I have yet to create something pleasing to the eye using this method.

As I am an academic researcher, the presentation of data and results is key to the aims of my blog and while it remains very easy to upload image files - I would like to extend this ease to tables.

I hope many more of you would like to see this feature!

Your followers and anyone with a WordPress.com blog who is logged into WordPress.com can "like" and "share" your posts in several locations such as the Reader without ever clicking into your blog and creating a page view stat.

I am wondering about the accuracy of the stats feature, if it is usually dead on with views or can miss recording views.

Why I am asking is because today I have had other bloggers "Like" one of my posts. Then when I go to the stats page it says the post in question has not been viewed. I am not sure how it is possible to Like a post without viewing it.

Is this just because the stats are never dead on or is this a problem within my blog?

What you are describing cannot be done on a free hosted wordpress.com blog as it cannot be equipped for e-commerce. Everytime I try to export my data and get this message it pushed the the date forward on the support ticket and thus makes it take LONGER to get help.

Because if I am getting your meaning right that means each time I do what they say...ie

then I am pushing my request for help further down the line.

In the last weeks I have reloaded frequently and the problem has not been fixed ASAP but continues to this day.

Note: When we create a support ticket by contacting Staff it’s important to understand they have a backlog. They deal with the support tickets with the earliest dates first.
