There is no way to add in elements that don't exist via CSS.

I've tagged this thread for staff attention. That is all I can do for you if you don't make the site public so I can look at it.

• Individual posts DO show the post date and not the author. This is what we want.
• The Summary Page of Posts shows neither author nor post date. We would like it to show post date but not the author.

To achieve this, we have edited the CSS with

span.byline {
	display: none;
}

On the Page of Posts, is it possible to have the date without the author?

The problem is I can't see your site since I'm a volunteer and as timethief pointed out, the theme you are using is retired so none of us can activate it on a test blog to take a look at post dates.

There is a different Page with [display-posts] for a specific category and that does have the option to display the Post Date. I was looking for consistency!

I would like to add the Post Date as it doesn't show on the page in question and I can't find any reference to Post Date.

The permalinks here are actually very SE (search engine) friendly. There are those that will argue that the date should be removed, but in my experience doing web design, it makes no measurable difference in search engine ranking.

You can get very close to that design using a theme that has a similar structure and then styling it with CSS. To change the CSS, you have to have the Custom Design upgrade.

Im fairly new to wordpress and to blogging. Im a bit overwhelmed with it but I have to catch up. Please help me. My boss wants no dates on the titles of our blog posts. Is that possible here?

Where should i put the code?

For CSS code, you can add it to the editor on the Appearance → Custom Design → CSS page in your blog dashboard.

For HTML code like what you've posted in your example above, you can add it to the content area of posts or pages or in a text widget in the sidebar. See these help links for more information:
