If I choose to "permanently remove this kit," what will happen to my blog? That is, does it revert to whatever is standard in Blogum? Is that what I see in the theme profile?

Where can I get information on all of the fonts that are standard in Bolgum?

I searched for you and found the answer. Chateau uses Garamond (italics) for the blog title and post titles. Verdana (bold) is used for widget titles, and Verdana for text.
