Thanks for posting the solution you found with the margin!

To add a "Home" link in the menu bar, you can use the built in custom menus feature. Here is a help page with screenshots explaining how it works:

I found out for the top margin:

#inner-wrapper {
margin-top: -25px;
}

Still trying to figure out for the home button.

Hi,
I´d like to remove the top margin on delicacy theme so as to have the header image sticking to the top of the browser window.

I also would like to know if it is possible to have a "home" button in the menu bar.
