Some how the index.php page is not associated to any "pages" in my theme. I can't find it to link to it or edit it. Plus the "home" page link...which should send me to the index.php page, is sending me to my http://localhost site.

I'm using the Delicate Theme.

I've tried to re-install the theme hoping it would bring back my index.php page and properly associate my Home link..but no luck.

i am a very very new wordpress master..
but i am very familiar with web tech.

here is my problem,

when i log in to my wordpress site as an administrator,
always shown upper side admin menu is went off to the bottom of the page and there is no style in menu!

the worst thing, i do everything in my theme but can not add-remove any menu object. my theme is called delicate!

please take care about me, i am dying :(
