You can disable the nanny ie. get instant feedback. Go to Users > Personal Settings and disable "Instant Post Feedback".

At any rate, I would suggest taking this off or at least adding options for the blogger to choose from.

After 20 your next "goal" will be 25. You can write as many posts as you want, with as many words as you like. The Internet is just about infinite.

If you want to get rid of the goal-a-meter, go here:

Dashboard > Users > Personal Settings > Instant Post Feedback > unclick "Show the feedback and progress sidebar after posting".
