I used a DNS lookup tool and "http://thelovelynest.com/" could NOT be resolved to an IP address. Since this is the case, how can I update my DNS records on my nameserver correctly?

Who do I have to contact here? I've reached out on Googles forums but haven't received an answer. This is been an issue for so long now. I'd appreciate any help so much.

I've cleared cache, cookies and DNS cache.... do you have any other idea of what I can do to solve this problem? I'm at a loss :(

When a domain is registered or altered, there is a process called propagation, where information about the domain name is passed to internet service providers all over the world. This process can take up to 72 hours (though usually much less). During that time, you may also receive a warning message in your browser about "redirect errors". Unfortunately, we have no control over this as it all depends on how often your internet service provider updates their records. Please rest assured that everything is proceeding normally with your domain.

If you still have trouble viewing the site after 72 hours has passed, please try clearing your browser's cache and cookies:

I thought there weren't any problems until I received the message that Googlebot can't access my site....

Kardotim helped me with changing the nameservers before but I'm not sure if this resolved the problem.

In this case, I recommend double-checking all of the entered records with your email provider.

Below is what I get when I click edit DNS. I have emphasised what I just added. The remainder my friend put in. Also the A record changed to what is below even though I typed in mail.sonnysgardening.com.au Any help appreciated.

Thanks for that. I tried the instructions. A friend had already put some info in that wasn't redirecting. I left that in and added

and your MX record simply to mail.sonnysgardening.com.au

into the mix. Except MX required a number of some sort so I just put 10. I'm really lost and frustrated.

The fact that I have paid for a domain name and have paid WordPress for something, not much, I would expect a little more assistance. Still I'm learning lots as I blunder around.

Just thankful I never changed our advertising to reflect [email redacted] just sticking with the gmail for now.

Help please!!! No idea what to try now.

I changed the name of the servers manually in GoDaddy and WordPress recognize them without problem. I also updated the email settings on the Custom DNS Records section. And then, the website started to show Error 404 Google page.

After I checked GoDaddy I figured was a Google thing, so I logged in the Google Apps and I noticed a section that said "Redirect the naked domain (http://perifernecentra.com) to http://www.perifernecentra.com" which by default was www.

I started to notice that if I entered without the www it will work so, I inserted manually a www CNAME in the Custom DNS Records section, directing google (later, I deleted it and nothing changed). I also tried to change the option in Webmasters Tool that let you work only with www or non-ww depending of your choice (this won't even let me set it, since asked me for verification, even if I had entered it with CNAME).

Now not even the naked domain works. The most irritating thing is that the individual posts work fine, but not the homepage that remains in an annoying Google Error 404 page.

Any suggestions?
