That's not possible on a free hosted WordPress.com blog. You need to hire a web host and set up a WordPress.org install to accomplish rewarding every commenter with a do-follow link. Please read this carefully so your are clear on the differences between free hosted WordPress.com blogs and self hosted WordPress.org installs. http://support.wordpress.com/com-vs-org/

If you are not familiar with the differences, see this support document: http://en.support.wordpress.com/com-vs-org/ .

Links you add to your posts will be followed by search engine spiders by default. In most (all?) themes the name of commenters is set to "nofollow" if they provide a URL, this is to stop people trying to game the system with spammy comments.

Thomas, your readers already have an incentive to read and comment on your blog. They get a link to their blog (if they choose to provide one). That link works normally, other readers can click on it to reach their blog.

A single dofollowed link in a real comment has essentially no effect on search engine rankings. The only way to get any real effect is to spam. Dofollow links advantage spammers only, while providing no real benefit to anyone else.

I link my comments all the time. Just think it makes things more interactive and funny. Like funny pictures which correlate with things people said. But, I've never seen a reason to make it a follow. That just seems to leave a door open for all kinds of abuse, IMHO.
