They list the experation date, and show the domain mappings.
In each box it shows the domain, links for, learn more| domain manager
and Status: Active, Manual Renewal
This upgrade will expire in 12 months on July 17, 2013

Under the domain manager it shows the domain Texasvox.org Manage Domain Subscriptions
Expiring Will stop functioning on July 17, 2013.
But no control panels, buttons or anything of the sort other than the ability to update the primary domain.
I can send you some screen shots if you have a place to upload them.

I was able to follow the link and renew until 2013. It still will not let me manage the domains from my store, my upgrades or domains.
Now we have a year to get it fixed.

The domain mapping is working for now, but Im worried about it stopping because I cannot upgrade the listing.

Now that it has expired I was able to map the .org. I't looks like Ill have to do the same thing for the .com.
Its not good to have to let the map expire before it can be renewed, We lost traffic until it comes back up.

we have a somewhat complicated situation. The guy that maintained our website until now is not able to assist at the moment, and our domain is expiring in a couple of days. We cannot log in at all in order to access the needed links for domain/account renewal.

Could we please get instructions on how to renew our account (we need payment instructions)? Once we solve that we'll continue with solving access to our website administration, if the guy doesn't show up in a reasonable time, but this seems more important at the moment. We're afraid of losing the domain since this would set us back quite a bit!

The domain in question is prodaja-leda.com.

I'm somewhat frustrated, especially because as far as I can tell, I need WordPress support to resolve this. I've received 1 response (the above refund) within 24 hours of contacting them and we are now into day 3 of this issue.

I understand that WordPress support is only web based, and there is no one to call, but in this case as a paying customer, it would be great to have an SLA for a response of under 24 hours... My only other experience with support had a response within 3 hours..and a fix within 3.5.. Not sure what's going on, but I sure hope we can get this fixed.

In the "Domain" tool, I see that the correct domain is renewed and paid up until October 2010.

However, my blog is completely down. I've contacted support but so far, I have had no response. I finally figured out how to call WordPress's registar (who handles folks who buy domains thru WordPress) and they identified that the domain went into redemption, which means basically that they're waiting to be paid.

I've paid up, the dashboard for my site shows it and yet I have no way to get to my actual blog. Does anyone have any thoughts on how I can get to support faster or if there is something else that has gone wrong?
