how do I remove dead sites?

If you have more than one username account then you must be logged in under the username account that registered the blog in question to make the blogs registered under that account visible.

And one is not even around any more (not hosted) but still shows up? How can I get all of my sites to show on the "My Blogs" page and how do I remove dead sites?

I am running JetPack on all sites and have "Linked to WordPress.com"
