That is unfortunately common. Switching themes didn't disable feedburner, it just took the information that you were using Feedburner on the blog away; you need to just put it back if you want to continue using Feedburner. I check my Feedburner account on Google and there is no increase in registration eventhough people have been signing up. When I switched templates did it "turn off" my feedburner account?
