For a user like me, contact from is a turn off.

You CAN CREATE EMAIL BUTTON ON YOUR PAGES:
1. in your text editor type text e.g. 'email me'.
2. Highlight it and click link button
3.inthe url box enter 'mailto:[email redacted]' i.e. your emailaddress
4.tick open link in new window

this will invoke email program on your PC. It works on MAc. Will it work for users who use only hotmail etc, I cannot tell. I therefore provide the email link function and a form thus hopefully meeting the needs of various users. Good Luck!

(I used to get support replies as emails, but no longer do so now, even though I tick the box to say notify me of posts via email. It's strange and inconvenient).

I use wordpress as a blog for our small company on our internal network. So far everything is working properly. I had a request to add a link to each post so that the post can be forwarded around the office so that people can read it and even perhaps send the content out to clients or candidates. I created a link to with the following code which works fine but I cannot figure out how to copy the post content to the newly created email. Does anyone do something similar or perhaps knows what I need to add to the code to make it copy the content to the email . Currently it only copies the permalink of the blog post.

Using a page (not post)

in the body insert this:

and publish it. You can place whatever you wish in the title.
