Blog notifications for the admin (like comment moderation, Likes, new subscriptions, etc) are sent to the email address at Settings -> General in the Dashboard.

Personal notifications (like comments on your post, subscription emails, and upgrade renewals) are sent to the email address at Users -> Personal Settings in the Dashboard.

After a while I made a special email for my wordpress site, and changed my settings so that notifications would appear there. But for some reason it's still holding on to my personal email, and now I receive:

On my personal email: notifications of new followers and comments that need moderating. NOT likes or comments from approved contributors.

On my wordpress email: notifications of likes and comments from both approved and unapproved contributors. NOT follower notifications.

I really want to move everything to one email address, and I don't know why it still insists on sending some information to my personal one.

I want to create a submission form on my second blog, Breeliant Designs. I changed the general settings for this blog to use a different email address for admin purposes and I also changed the settings on the form itself to send responses to this email (but this keeps disappearing).

However, every time I test the form (the page is currently private because I am not ready to go live with it yet) the responses keep coming to the main email address associated with my account, which is linked to my main site for Alianne Donnelly. Am I missing a step or setting somewhere? How can I make the responses go where I need them?

My only guess at this point is that you were just logged in as the wrong account when you left the comment.

When leaving a comment, there is a "change/logout" link near the bottom-right of the comment form which I recommend using next time.

It is confusing. The thread will give you the history, but I'll try to summarize. Blog #1 (Evolving 2012) was set up over a year ago to be anonymous, but was associated with email [email redacted]. I created Blog #2 recently (Purple Lyrics), not intended to be anonymous, but under the same profile. I figured out there was no way to keep both under the same profile and keep Blog #1 anonymous. So I created a new account and profile under email jax7463@gmail and transferred Blog #1 to it. I adjusted the gravatars, emails, and gravatars appropriately.

However, now my comments on my OWN blog, Blog #1, Evolving 2012, are suddenly showing up with the gravatar image from Blog #2, which is my picture!!!! It's an anonymous blog and so this is a problem. I have done everything I can think of to make the gravatar image go back the way it was, which is the gravatar image associated with the Blog #1 Evolving 2012 profile (jaxsine 2) and email jax7563@gmail.
