I can only add an email to the "additional email addresses" box but can't move that new email to the "users to email" status above. Also, I can't delete the existing "users to email" email, I can only uncheck the box in front of it.

It seems to me that it could generate a lot of unwanted email updates. Or am I reading that wrong?
