Do you have another email address that you could switch to at Users -> Personal Settings in your Dashboard to see if that makes any difference?

Please confirm both of your settings. You have two separate email address settings at WordPress.com.

Blog notifications for the admin (like comment moderation, Likes, new subscriptions, etc) are sent to the email address at Settings -> General in the Dashboard.

Personal notifications (like comments on your post, subscription emails, and upgrade renewals) are sent to the email address at Users -> Personal Settings in the Dashboard.

As of today, I'm not receiving email update notices for all the blogs I follow on WordPress. I use Gmail and checked the filter, but there doesn't seem to be a problem.

The only thing different that I have done recently was add some new images in my sidebar yesterday. So, help!

It seems the blog posts are in English as they were posted but in one case the subject line of the email was in Spanish and other pieces under the blog post were in Spanish. Copy and paste below. In another case, the same parts seemed to be in German or some other language. In that case the subject line was in English but other areas (other than the post itself) were in the foreign language.

Some of our blog subscribers have suddenly started receiving email updates in a foreign language. No changes have been made on their end. Is there something they can do to get their email updates in English once again?

What you can do is schedule them out. When I have time I will work on several in one sitting and change the date for a future time.

You would make this change in the box on the top right labelled, Publish. When you start a post, it will say, Publish immediately with an Edit button next to it. Click on that and you can change it to what ever date and even the time. And make sure you click OK. I've forgotten a time or two and the posts published immediately.

They really need to allow us to post without sending emails out because I have wanted to backdate posts for various reasons, but even so, the post still have an email notification. But in your case, you want your readers notified, just not all at once.

Dear WordPress Admin.,

Is there a way to make a post on my WordPress Blog without an email being sent out to my subscribers?

The reason I ask is because sometimes I would like to make more posts on the blog (multiple posts in one day), but at the same time I do not want to send too many emails to my subscribers, which might cause them to unsubscribe.

Yes, and that's exactly what I said I didn't want to happen. My followers want to know when a post is updated, so I guess I'll have to send the emails on my own.

This cannot be done at wordpress.com, and many people can get seriously irritated when they get multiple email notifications on the same post because a link or image was added, or a sentence was edited, etc.

I've unsubscribed from sites because of this and I know several others who have also.

My blog posts are ever-changing due to content I receive from contributors. How can I send emails to all subscribers when I've published an update to a post? Sometimes it takes a few tries to get my posts perfect, so I don't want to send an update every time I correct/change something; I just want to send emails regarding updated, published posts. Hope that makes sense.

The biggest issue is not linking your username to your blog or leaving a link to your blog (starting with http://) in your post. No can see, no can help.

I tried adding a text widget for people to get email updates to my blog. I clearly did something wrong but for the life of me I can't figure out what that "something wrong" was so I don't know what part/s of the directions to review. Can someone please help me figure this out?? Evidently I got the feedburner part at least half right and beyond there I'm lost. Thank you for your time and help!!!!!
