If you are talking about a site which is using the standalone WordPress software on 3rd party hosting, we can't help you here. You'll have to talk to either the theme author or seek help at the correct support forum, which is http://wordpress.org/support/

I am new to wordpress and am using the tribal theme for my website. I like to change the feature item in this theme also i would like to know how to add feature item in this theme.I tried few other ways but there is no "Featured Image" is enabled in the "screen options" in this theme.

You are correct. Both themes only show featured images in the actual sliders. There are few themes that show videos in featured sliders. For example, Sundance and Selecta. Check them out!

1) When I select a blog post as a Feature Post it shows up on my home page in both the gray feature area and the blog roll below it, so the text and post seem duplicative. It would seem that a post selected as "Feature Post" would only show in the gray area, and not also appear in the blog roll below until a new Feature post is set to replace it. When I look at other Mystique theme this issue doesn't seem to appear. What am I doing wrong?

2) Some of the social network icons are missing from the top right. Only Twitter and RSS are showing. How can I add the Facebook icon to the upper right?
