Hi!

I have added a Flickr badge with 3 pictures to the sidebar. However, the badge is not centered, it's located to the left.... How can I fit it in the center?

CSS does not work in the Text Widget unless you have a CSS Upgrade. Here are some links for you:

Hi,

I created a badge using flickr. But when I add the code of same to 'Text' widget, somehow CSS tags like <style type="text/css">
are getting removed on 'Save Changes'
This results in basic script code on my sidebar.

Anyway that I can change it?

Glad it helped. That little arrow pointing to the feed is helpful. :)

I'm unsure what the badges even look like or do. I do have a flickr widget on one of my blogs, but with a feed. Unfortunately, flash, javascript, iframes and forms are stripped out for security reasons. But you can put straight html in a text widget.

Hey, it worked! Thanks a bunch! But what about the flickr badge? I kind of like it better than just the static photos of the flickr widget. They have 2 types - html and flash. I like the flash badge. I wish there's a way to incorporate it on my sidebar?

I made a badge at flickr.com and at the end, they gave me a code to copy and paste on my blog. In the flickr widget, it says copy-paste the rss feed link, but for the life of me, I couldn't find any feed link in flicker. I tried pasting the badge code in the flickr widget, but it didn't work. I tried pasting the badge code on a text widget, but it didn't work as well. Any ideas?

Thanks for responding my question, it could not see well
the colour of the small letter because was very clear for my view (low contrast and I think that there is a fails in the design for usability color).

Now, I continue testing and hope going well from now on.

All the others are in process of learning... ;-)

though surely they've could just not to confuse usvers by misterious "API ENDPOINT" -- wtfisdat?

and thats enough to fill all the rest fields by flikr themselves

I had been trying to find an answer on this and as a last minuite inspiration I thought maybe wordpress.com is the same as my own weblog I host.

So these are the settings in flickr blog setup.

Blog Type/Service: MetaWeblogAPI
Endpoint: http://your.wordpress.com/xmlrpc.php
User Name Put yours in here
Password Put yours in here
Blog URL http://your.wordpress.com/

I can't belive I googled for hours on this. Also I only just found out their was a forum for WordPress.com
