Provided you are logged in under the username account that registered the blog then, Site titles (Blog Names) and Taglines located here > Settings > General can easily be changed at any time.

When you say blog's name, do you mean the site title? Because if it is, you can just go to your dashboard > settings > general

And then you can edit it there.

I've been trying for quite a while now to change my blog's name. I know that there is a page in the support section that gives detailed and easy-to-understand instructions on this, but I can't find the dashboard it's trying to get me to use for step 1. The article stresses that this is a different dashboard than the one I can easily access, but for the life of me I can't find it.

Is there any way I can get access to this other dashboard? Where do I find it? I can't even find the little house icon that is shown in all the pictures on the support page (I'm assuming the pictures are up to date). Please help!

Select 'General Settings'. At the bottom of the page, there is a radio box that you can check or uncheck for snow. Just uncheck it and refresh your browser. Should help.

Custom Menus
Sight comes with two custom menus, one in the header (Secondary Navigation) and the other just below the header area (Primary Navigation). The Secondary Navigation menu in the header only supports one menu level.

And when I go to my settings page now, I don't see any options for turning it on or off either one.

But there's something else that's weird too, and I'm wondering if it's a problem unique to me. For some reason WordPress is making me sign in every single time I come to the site. Always before, whatever blog i was signed into came up without my signing in again. Anybody know what's up -- or is it possibly just something on my end?
