However, this is not happening. Nothing changes in the code and the calendar does not show. Does anyone know what steps I can take to trouble shoot this? Could it be a problem with WordPress? I just downloaded the latest version as of the first of this month.

The second event listing (which was correct) is now gone leaving incorrect event listing. My event has a specific time frame not an all day event. I changed event time in Google Calendar to see if widget would pick it up and it did not...no matter the time entered for the event, the widget dispays 5am-7am.

To the users having problems syncing their widget with their calendars: I also recommend @skateamherstburg's suggestion of resetting BOTH your blog and your calendar to UTC/GMC+0 and then once they properly sync, you should be able to restore your correct timezones.

When I had this issue previously I had to set my wordpress timezone to UTC and then my google calendar to GMT+0 and I think it took a little bit for everything to sync up before the times matched. Not sure if this information helps you at all. I hope it does.
