I went through your checklist (thank you!) and it still wouldn't show the video, but I could hear the audio fine when I was using Google Chrome.

I downloaded Mozilla Firefox and I can now watch the video!!!

So, since you can see the video on IE and I can on Firefox, it leads me to conclude that Google Chrome might be the problem. I went to whatbrowser.org and it says I am using Chrome 26, the most recent version. Any way I can fix this with Chrome?

It's a Quicktime Movie video and, when it finishes uploading, it seems fine. But then when I embed it into the site, and click play, there is grey in place of my video. I can still hear the audio crystal clear.

I have been trying to upload a video that is a little less than a minute. I am doing so on a MacBook Pro. It's a Quicktime Movie video and, when it finishes uploading, it seems fine. But then when I embed it into the site, and click play, there is grey in place of my video. I can still hear the audio crystal clear.

When I was reading one of the forums, I saw something about adding a Media Element Plugin, so I did so, uploaded the video again and I'm still having the same issue. Please tell me what to do to fix the video.

You can't do ecommerce here because a) the code will be stripped out for security reasons and b) it's against the terms of service to sell something you yourself did not make.
